beach access clean room many activities slow service faulty key card mosquito problem
The location provides direct access to the beach. Beautiful pools are easily accessible. The rooms are very comfy and tidy. I found quiet areas perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed many activities offered (there was always something to do!).
My key card stopped working suddenly. I was told to come to the reception to get a new one. After 9 PM, no one answered calls when I needed water. Mosquitoes were present in my room, and when I called the reception, the lady hung up on me.

grateful stay at a beautiful resort
fun waterslide cute staff delicious breakfast
i recently enjoyed a week-long stay and was impressed. my kids especially loved the waterslide. the staff at the swimming pools were very cute to my children. the food at terra & mar was delicious, particularly the breakfast (especially the pancakes!).
i noticed there were no bath mats in the bathroom, and i had to request them every day. the balcony had lizard droppings and did not seem like it was regularly cleaned. a deep step in the bathroom made me cautious to avoid slipping.

dirty balcony missing bin
My room's balcony was dirty with lizard poop and it made it unusable. Housekeeping did not provide bath mats automatically. I had to ask for them EVERY day. A bin was not in the bathroom either. The hotel REALLY missed important customer experience details.

a romantic escape
warm greeting super clean room thoughtful turndown service
the staff greeted us with such warmth, especially helena, greeniz, and mintang at the front desk. always making sure we were content and cared for. the lovely surprises from the housekeeping team with the room decorations also touched our hearts. sunny, kat, and nok ensured our room was super clean and offered such thoughtful turndown service for both nights.
i found the gym played repetitive music which became bothersome. perhaps a wider selection or the option to choose your own tunes would enhance the experience. it's a small detail, yet could greatly improve the ambiance for those using the facilities.

The lagoon-style pool offered a refreshing escape, with crystal-clear waters and ample space to relax. i noticed several families enjoying the kid-friendly zones, while couples lounged near the swim-up bar. Such a lovely way to unwind.

underwhelming stay with some issues
inconsistent air conditioning inadequate soundproofing
The air conditioning in my room was not consistent. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. this made sleeping difficult. i also found the soundproofing to be inadequate. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was easily audible. these issues detracted from what i expected to be a relaxing experience.
